Quincy started competing at an early age against his brothers. This competitive drive carried over to college, where he wrestled at Appalachian State. After a shoulder injury, Quincy took up weight training to help in the rehabilitation process. Soon he found he excelled at weight training and the competitive drive took over!!  So, in 1978, Quincy started competing in bodybuilding competitions.
Former Mr. Universe and IFBB Pro--
Quincy went on to experience great success in the fitness industry. In 1982, he founded Elite Fitness Center and has won several coveted titles. He also devotes time and money to help underprivileged children in the Greensboro, NC area.
